Shipping, Tracking Orders, and Insurance Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package and your shipping zone. If shipping needs to be adjusted (cost is actually higher than our shopping cart estimated) due to weight and destination zones, we will send a PayPal link via your e-mail, containing your adjusted shipping total, before your package is mailed. After the balance due is received by us, your package will be shipped.                              WHEN TO EXPECT SHIPMENT: within 5 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Normal shipping turn around is 2 - 3 days after receiving your order. After we have successfullydelivered your package to one of the following: USPS, UPS, or DHL, ourresponsibility is to ensure that you receive a tracking or delivery confirmationnumber. Please contact the appropriate carrier, before contacting us, if you feel that your package might be lost in transit. INSURANCE: is available for an additional fee if requested before your package is mailed. If not requested, we are not financially responsible for possible damage to your package during transit. We thoroughly pack all orders to arrive safe and secure at your delivery address. *Insurance is highly recommended if you commonly experience lost packages addressed to your shipping address. Please request insurance in the "customer comment" section of our shopping cart during check out, and we will forward your insurance invoice. Generally, USPS insurance is approximately $2.00  If your package is officially shown as lost through shipping carriers tracking information, and you opted to not pay for insurance, you will be reinbursed through the carrier within 30 days. We will not absorb any financial losses for lost or stolen packages through PayPal's chargeback system. Why? We ship all orders according to extremely accurate procedures.

International Customers PAYMENTS: only international Money Orders, converted to US funds are accepted.   MINIMUMS: $75.00 minimum product order (excluding shipping charges) and a $10.00 handling fee applies to all international orders. Please be aware of the high cost of international shipping rates and requirements beforehand. For accuracy, please e-mail us for international rates for your country before mailing your order.    CANADIAN ADDRESS: international minimum order requirements do not apply to Canadian addresses.   We do not accept credit card payments from international addresses. To avoid any delays in processing your order, e-mail us for your product total, with shipping and handling, before mailing your payment. All payments received without shipping/handling included, will be promptly returned. We do not accept international money orders that are over 6 months old, or where "dates of use" have expired.   HANDLING FEES AND INSURANCE:   $10.00 handling fee applies to all international orders. Insurance is mandatory for us to accept and process international orders.  SHIPPING:  packages will only be shipped to either the buyers physical home address or a place of business. We do not ship to post office boxes, or security boxes, outside of the United States.  We are not responsible for the final condition of delivered packages when shipping international orders. Although we pack all boxes to arrive safely, products may settle on long flights, and unforeseen events may occur at customs in various countries. We do not ship to any overseas address without a shipping method  that allows us to track your package.  We are not financially responsible for any lengthy delays or product damages due to civil unrest, heightened security, or other miscellaneous events beyond our control. Our international order policy is necessary due to an increase in fraudulent orders placed by overseas buyers who use credit cards with the sole intent to later reverse the charges. This policy is in effect to protect our company -- there can be no exceptions to our international policies as posted above.

Misuse of Products We are not responsible for misuse of our products.   DISCLAIMERS:  If you are pregnant, nursing an infant, have been diagnosed with epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure or diabetes; please seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils. Peppermint and Rosemary essential oils are particularly not recommended for use, if you have any of the previously listed medical conditions. Pregnant women should always use caution with essential oils during pregnancy (or avoid them until after the birth of your child). The FDA does not recognize the practice of aromatherapy. No product on our site is meant to replace the advice of a medical physician.The FDA has not evaluated African Shea butter. Do not use nut butters (ours or anyone else's) if you suffer from allergic reactions to latex products, shell nuts: peanuts, walnuts...of any kind. Should you develop an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately, and seek emergency medical attention. Customers with high blood pressure or under the diagnosis of a doctor's care for any condition, should consult with their physician prior to using essential or fragrance oils. Our products are not intended to substitute the medical advice of a physician.

Product Returns: For health reasons, because we do not resell bath and beauty items, and because we cannot predict if product contamination occurred to items once they are shipped, received, and opened, we do not accept returns on bath and beauty items.  No products are accepted as returns without prior authorization from us; we must first be notified upon receipt of your package if there is any inaccuracies with your order.  If we agree to accept a return: it must be returned and shipped in mint condition within 72 hrs.  - unopened, untampered with, and the original package seals must be intact. If all of the previous applies, you will receive a refund of the total purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling fees, and a $5.00 return processing fee.  If broken, opened or unsellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% or more from your refund depending on the condition of the item; we also reserve the right to not credit your account and/or send the package back to you at our discretion. *OUR MISTAKE:  If there was a mistake on our part, (ex: wrong item) we gladly offer hassle free, authorized returns if your product was not opened or tampered with, and is in mint condition.  Please be sure to order carefully, or select a smaller size before ordering in large quantities. We reply heavily on reputation and top-notch customer service in our business, and always aim to make each transaction a positive experience. Our goals are always to treat customers as we like to be treated, and to provide quality customer service.

Cancelled Orders Please note that we carefully prepare, and package each order upon receiving it. If we have already begun to process your order, and it is later cancelled, your account will be credited back within 5 business days, minus a $20.00 processing fee. We can not provide full refunds for any order once it has been prepared or shipped.   Back Orders We do not back order products. If you order an out of stock item, we will automatically notify you by e-mail that the item is not available, and will refund your funds back to your account before processing your entire order.
